What is Demat ID / Demat Account Number / BO ID?
The demat ID / demat account number / BO ID is a 16-digit number that is used to identify your demat account.
How to find the Demat Account Number / Demat ID?
1. For Zerodha Customers
a) Login to Console (Zerodha Console)
b) Click on Account
c) Select the Demat button on the left-hand side. You can now fetch your Demat ID.
2. For Upstox Customers
a) Login to Upstox Pro Mobile App
b) Click on the menu icon on the top left corner
c) Click the account holder’s name, one can find the 16-digit demat ID / demat account number / BO Id post clicking the account holder’s name
d) For a website user, the demat account number can be fetched by clicking on the My Account button once the user logs in
e) Scroll below to find the demat details
3. For Alice Blue Customers
a) Login to the BOT Application with trading id and password
b) Select My Account > Reports > Click here to log in
c) Go to Others > Select KYC-info
4. For TradeSmart Customers
a) Login to BOX Back Office with trading id and password
b) Fetch the client master copy post logging in
c) Look for your demat account number in that Client Master copy
5. For ICICI Direct Customers
a) Login to your ICICI Direct account (New Website)
b) Click on the Settings button on the top right-hand corner
c) Select Personal Details
d) Find the Demat Account Number
6. For Edelweiss Customers
a) Go to the Edelweiss Website
b) Select My Profile
c) Fetch the Demat account number
